Hello and welcome to AANZPA Victoria, a regional community of the Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand Psychodrama Association (AANZPA).
Within our region, and elsewhere, we promote the values of creativity, spontaneity and freedom that underlie the psychodrama method. We promote these values in our relationship with self and others and in the activities, groups and communities we conduct our personal and professional lives within.
Our activities promote the understanding and use of the group method of psychodrama originated by JL Moreno. It is an experiential method, used in a range of settings; therapeutic, organisational, educational, and community development. We seek to inform the public about psychodrama and its applications. and to enhance the sociometry of members of AANZPA Victoria and the wider community.
Our Association events are focused on personal and professional development. We share the variety of ways in which we use psychodrama in our lives. We do this sharing in action. We use the psychodrama method to learn from others and to find the creativity and courage we need in our professional endeavours. Some of these events are open to the wider community.
At our Association Events, we focus on enriching our sociometry within the Victorian psychodrama community. We enjoy exploring topical events, and contemporary themes using the method of psychodrama. Our events are held in person, and online.
Association Events are open to AANZPA members, and friends of the psychodrama community and the wider public.

It is a responsive and creative expression that brings joy to the human spirit that uplifts the soul that makes us feel part of the universe again.
